This.

Hopefully they complement each other well.

Leicester have pulled our pants down here. Fair play to them.

Feel for Jose...

Said it would happen and find it funny that Woodward knew better than Jose last summer and vetoed the transfer yet here we are a year later

Let’s move on to Fernandes, Longstaff and a Lukaku replacement.
He didn’t though. That was just the narrative. Mourinho asked too late and Leicester refused to even discuss it.

Nah don’t buy it

That’s just what Woodward wants us to believe so not to look like the massive @#%&! that he is.

Anyway, looks like you’ll be replacing maguire at Leicester...

I deserve a transfer tbh

Nah, can well believe we didn’t even look at Maguire until after the WC tbh. And can also believe Leicester instantly £#%&!ed us off. Seem to recall rumblings of complaint that the scouts hadn’t identified him as a target from Hull (despite him being their best player in both LC Semi games ) shortly after the WC..

Shaw Linders Slab AWB... every games even of the conceed £#%&!ing 4 goals a game just stick with it and lets build something.

The end of jones and young, great summer
My thoughts exactly.

No more £#%&!ing around with the defence pls.

Full of shit.

Him aside, if we get Fernandes in, will be a great summer.

If it’s true then it will be interesting to know what the add-ons are
These days they’re usually very realistic like 10 million after his first 50 appearances or something like that

Still not completely sold on Maguire
He has his big strengths which are aerial dominance and playing out from the back
They’re two attributes we desperately need at the back but there are question marks about his mobility
Don’t think I’ve ever seen him in a defense that looked particularly solid

Anyway if he signs then we got to be optimistic that he’s the CB to finally provide stability and leadership at the back
45 million for Dunk would certainly put Maguire’s fee into perspective

My only doubt is IMO if you put Smalling in a side like Leicester he'd look pretty good too.
