News to me. No idea on the coaching staff as it all goes on behind the scenes, but it seems van gaal and mourinho must also have had poor coaching staff.

None of what you said counts as examples of evidence.

A decent manager would have had the team winning 12-0 imo.
How about our absolutely diabolical season?

f***ing shambles.
If... big if.... we can pick him up and sort a loan deal for a striker, it won't matter that we did it so late in the day.

There's fundamental issues that would help this side massively if we sort them

One is numbers up front and a MASSIVE one is creativity in midfield.

On paper, Fernandes represents a big upgrade on Pereira and Lingard.

The board say they support the manager, so if he isn't going anywhere then £#%&!ing back him.

We can discuss his merits as a manager, but every manager is better when they have better players.

We won't know anything for sure until Friday unless the club make a statement between now and then.

There's been so much nonsense spoken of about this transfer, much of it fed to the media, much of it made up. More of the same is probably the only thing we can be sure of between now and the end of the window.

Yep. That's what happened with Mou at the end. They dithered on all of his targets and they went elsewhere or they stayed put.

It's a real vote of no confidence to not sign anyone given the current state of the squad. Must mean they are thinking of punting him in the summer if so. Mental to not sign players now. £#%&!ing mental.

Wasn't the whole point of 'resetting the culture' precisely to avoid managerial targets and move towards club targets? Why sign a player for £50m or whatever if there's a chance the manager gets pedalled and won't be useful to the club in the event?

As I said on the other thread.

Poch is coming so they aren't spending any more money.

It's a farce and this notion they are waiting until the summer to spend money is nonsense. Just look at the signings the last 4 windows If we sign nobody.

They aren't going to spend £200 million. Maddison would cost what, about £100m? We paid £80m for a defender off them. Grealish would be £50m at least. The net spend of the club will be around £50m again. The Pogba sale will pay for the big signing, like the Lukaku sale paid for Maguire. The club is f***ed until the Glazers go. Same excuses will be used this summer.

We're a £#%&!ing embarrassing and our decline is fully deserved.

The fans deserve better, the club does not.

The only real hope we have, which is a stretch, is that Fernandes genuinely wants to join us and won't move to be a bit part piece in a move that sees him going on loan somewhere OR, it's a story put out by Mendes to hurry us up.

Nothing surprises me anymore because of these @#%&!s in charge. Give me Saudi mass murderers any day.
