Sort out the football administrative side of the club and get the sporting director appointed He can then appoint the first team coach for next season that fits in with the new football vision at the club |

If he went this week....I’d rather we recruited a DOF immediately, correct man of course. Promote a clubman, would not care if it were a CO92 tosser.
But they had to follow the DOF mandate. Pick a style, formation that not only suits players but is one club will go with when the right Head Coach comes in during summer, We’ll finish far off it - but players will have months to prove they’re of correct calibre for how the club goes forward. If not they go, and the club builds from there. |

The worst part about the 'Three titles ' shout there, is that it's obviously something he's thought about.
Shows you just how he works. That's the kind of thing you'd expect an interviewer to inform him of and for him to say "I hadn't considered that.. I guess you're right" because its an irrelevant trivial stat. He'll have thought about it after Wenger left. Waiting to use it when the time was right. He was probably glad spurs got the third so he could crack it out. |
