Australia - an honest appraisal

Oz gets slagged a lot, but I'm sitting here watcing the Oz Open and I have to say it looks like they have it all there: great weather, great beaches, beautiful women, a couple of nice cities, incredible wildlife.

On the minus side, I guess they have almost no population outside the few cities, racial tensions, and a ridiculously big f*** off desert.

Thoughts?

Never been. Hope to be there this christmas though

from what i can gather - good place to live.

one of the girls at work has just came back and did everything from Sydney to Tasmania - f***ing loved it.

I think if you are a half blokey bloke, Aussies are pretty easy to get on with -

like their sport, like their booze - like their sheils.

They can come across as a bit retarded though

I have some relatives in Sydney. It's a nice country, if a bit suburban.

Not sure I'd want to live there though, what with all the Australians

Lived there when i was a youngster for four years, great country for kids, didn't want to leave.
