Isn't it normal for your heels to go hard? Mine had by the time I was about 30, but its never bothered me much.

Got a big toenail that permanently gone but apart from that not too bad. I've worn steel toe caps most of my working life and I don't recall ever having to shave them with a Stanley knife

Big toe nail on the right foot, nail torn off ( ouch ) moons ago, grows a weird texture and colour. May have banged it on a rock

No it was a rock on a beach in kos
