The state of your feet : honest appraisal

Looking at mine rn and they disgust me. Broken nails, blotchy, more hard skin than a honey badger on the soles. Too much running, football, wearing trainers without socks has taken its toll

Does intervention become necessary late thirties? Is foot Spa or moisturisers an acceptable male non drunk amazon purchase? Previoubs attempts bucket of washing up water debatable success.

Mine are in great shape... except I've noticed some white, cracked skin on my heels recently and I'm not sure why.

It's either pre-diabetes, stress or the fact that I've not been wearing socks for the last few months.

Hoping it's the latter obvs.

I'm bad, but not bunniom bad women wear ridiculous shoes for most their working life..

Cracked skin on heels been there and seen that. Are you considering some moisturisation, sir?

Smacked it on a rock a while back and the nail grows funny now, looks like a deformity

Yes I've started doing a bit or preservation work on them... As I say schlepping about in the garden barefoot since May hasn't helped.

Need to start moisturising the boat race more often too.

Honestly, I could be a foot model. Great shape, perfectly proportioned, slight tan. Best part on my body, which is a damn shame. I hate feet.
