Honigstein seems convinced this is going through. Some Belgian scribe in London reporting it as being very close on his timeline. Not really one for the WUM is ze German tbf.

I'll be honest, I think Screech is underrated in the footballing ability department, overrated in the influence department. Might get stuck in, but was basically used as a battering ram... under Moyes. Don't really like that Plan B aspect of this, both in not the midfielder we would like but also the "we need a goal, lob it it up to the big @#%&!" mentality that it inevitably ensures.

If he comes in alongside another it's a £#%&!ing great purchase. On it's own. Not so much.
