Football So long Kagawa-san, we barely knew you...

The imminent arrival of Mata suggests Shinji’s United career is drawing to a close. Let's take a moment to share our favourite Kagawa moments (real or imagined) in this thread.

Allow me to begin – discovering his much mentioned ‘double Bundesliga POTY’ award was actually an accolade from the readers of an English language German football blog.

Or we can start playing the Christmas tree formation and he blossoms?

The Seppuku by eating attempt is surely the highlight of his Old Trafford career.

I bet that award takes pride of place on his great Aunt Keiko's neighbour's mantlepiece.

His hat trick against Norwich....

erm.......

That bit of skill against West Ham away to tee one up that even Valencia couldn't miss....

*scratches head*

His missus ?

I like him as well. All a classic Froggleson £#%&! up, should have bought Gundogan.

Favourite memory? Well I enjoyed his MOTM performance v Swansea recently: he was anonymous during the first half, ran around a bit, completed a crossfield pass and missed an open goal...it was a privilege to be there.

Thumbs up

Moyes casually mentioning the number of times people at United had mentioned how great Kagawa was to him. Three months into the season.

I can remember confidently saying to Carlo at the start of the season that Kagawa would be our best player this season. I think I also said that Fellaini would be a great signing. #shitsage

I don't want to burst any bubbles but I really rate Mata as well

think it was the time he had food poisoning, or he'd eaten too much or something.

I think my favourite memory will definitely be the amount of clowns on here suggesting we should get rid of Rooney to make space for Kagawa in the team

I think he's a cracking player tbh and would much rather a United team with him in it that that abomination we saw Sunday.

He'll still be here in Feb and Mata won't be.

My favourite memory is still to come.

It's the one where he is sold, used properly and becomes the dogs %@#$&!s.
