correct. the pictures of him picking it up and putting it on will last
far longer than the interview he did where he 'kind of' distanced himself from knowing exactly what it meant.

The whole G&G idea was meant as a visual marker. Something that could not be ignored and would draw attention to the protest. The idea was it was something everyone could join in with, whether you still go to games, buy shirts, drink Budweiser or eat the pies you could still wear the G&G.
It is getting a lot of press coverage and that will start to spread true meaning. I'd say it's been a highly effective campaign.
