I see a flaw in this plan.

Was it the best option in that instant? Maybe not. Was it pointless? No.

“I believe it went out for a goal kick, so yes he did kick it out for a goal kick”
Wasn't more about the defender stating in the media before the game, that Antony wouldn't get any space

Stat £#%&!ers have ruined it. They'll only be happy when there's no actual match played, just a computer simulation and the best stats are allocated three points.

A computer simulation within our computer simulation

Need to start giving 4 points for wins by more than 5 goals imo. Plus only half a point of its nil jil with less than 5 shots on target

No tricks allowed! Looking for minute excuses to disallow goals, VAR in general, removing the moment etc.

United’s fledgling resurgence is the only thing keeping it going atm..

I've a real feel of an Andy Cole in there, his movement is excellent, and despite what people say, he reads a defence really well, always able to find a space. If he can sort out his finishing he'll be numero uno.

Tell you what mate, go and start a poll with the question “does Marcus Rashford give you the feel of Andy Cole” and see how it goes
