Almost an offensive lack of effort. The Martial of match threads.

He had to keep it minimalist tbf; couldn’t have any flourish be misconstrued as something positive.

Bruno time

Obviously a lot of focus on how many goals he scores from midfield but it’s his creative passes that I’m looking forward to the most

I suppose he had to start with Matic suspended

Mata on the right with either Pereira or Fernandes as the 10

Yeeeees! Bruno

Pleased Mata is starting too. Played well in the last two home games.

Let Fred and Perriera do the donkey work.

If that shit @#%&! Pogba played well could have the makings of a decent midfield.

4-2-3-1? Fernandes playing deep with Fred, Pereira right, James left, Mata central?

Whatever it is, I really hope it’s not Pereira and Fred deep.

pereira

any joy and optimism is instantly tempered by that shit @#%&!'s inclusion

If we were playing any other team today i'd predict Fernandes to shine, but wolves with their suffocating, attritional football will make this a grim game

Hopefully he wont be near the side once Mctom and Matic are back.

And hopefully he'll be a bit further back today and not in that no 10 role.

Further forward he’s ineffective; deeper, he’s downright dangerous.

Just run around a lot. Best we can hope for.

The Scottish Player can't come back quickly enough.

I'll be surprised if Bruno plays the full 90.

An embarrassment of riches it actually looks like the worst starting line up of the season and that bench

4-0 united.

It’s not enough. Playing him deeper with Fred against Sheffield and Villa was enough to know it should never happen again. Against Newcastle too, no?
