The Return of JC

Default Do you think 1 away goal will be enough?

I'm sat here at work thinking about tonight and I was wondering if someone offered me just an away goal now, would I take it?

Probably not.

You know what, Chair. I don't think I can quite put into words just how much I hope you are right.

If we get an early goal then no matter what happens we'll be in the tie until the last minute because even if Milan come back to go 3-1 in front we'd still be a goal away from forcing extra time.

It all depends on what kind of a game it becomes. If it turns into an attacking free for all then I'd be very confident and I'd expect us to net twice. If it is a cagey game that remains goalless for a while then the game will be balanced on a knife edge and a goal either way would swing it.

I certainly expect more than 2.5 goals.
