I'm encouraged by some showing character and trying to be positive and step up (James, Mctom, perrera, tuanzebe) but that doesn't disguise a lack of quality. Both sides were poor last night and its the worst Arsenal/United sides in years. |

We’re not all of a sudden going to see world class performances from these players because none of them actually are world class. So if one of them has a decent game because of the things you mentioned above, there’s nothing wrong with saying they had decent games. People expecting us to turn this around over night are crazy. |

I'm loathe to criticise too much because A) we're working hard. B) we're trying to be positive and win games. Some are working hard, but not showing quality because they're shit (perrera, young, fred) Others can and should do more in terms of quality (Rashford, lingard, mata). Our decision-making winds me up. Just some really bad choices in the final third at each end costing us badly. We've seen a lack of composure or poor choices costs us dearly in more or less every game we've dropped and we're not yet good enough to pass those chances up. We're a team that is relying on very fine margins right now. We could have won or lost every game we've played in this season if the balance shifted ever so slightly. |

Lack of quality and injuries leading to a huge dip in confidence are the current problems, this season was always going to be a huge struggle and up and down without suffering injuries to 3 of our 4 forwards in the first month. |

He'll be here for the season regardless. Minimum. I don't understand people calling for his head. The problems are clear and not of his making. Mindless rhetoric such as 'he's out of his depth' from people with absolutely no clue what they're talking about is moronic. |

He'll get the season. He's got rid of a lot of wasters, has a couple others sitting on the sidelines while youngsters get a chance. The youngsters will find his guidance valuable. And if he's not around next year at least he'd have reduced the age of the squad and brought back a semblance of what the United profile of player ought to be. The quality is not there for him to bring the results the United teams he played in got but the idea he has as manager is right.

Tuanzebe looks good. Heard all the hype but first real chance seeing him in a proper game (well...) and he definitely has something.
Can't help feeling, despite us being such a mess at the moment, that there's still some very good pieces to build with. Having half a dozen quality young players gives hope that this can maybe one day be turned into something. Major doubts over Ole being the man to complete the job but on paper his rebuild is encouraging. If he could just coach the team a bit. |

people need to put their personal feelings about Ole aside, we all wanted him to get the job, but since getting the job it hasn't worked and if we lose our next two league games are we going to continue to bury our head in the sand |

Didn't get a chance to see the game but sounds like it went how I expected it to
Disappointed Axel made a small error for their goal but glad he performed well even at left back He's going to be a top CB and can't be long before he displaces Lindelof Ole's not helping himself sticking with this 4231 system and keeping frauds like Lingard and Pereira in the team Surely Fred in a midfield 3 with The Scottish Player and Pogba is the obvious best of a bad bunch senior midfield we have Really worry for Ole looking at the fixtures after Newcastle Liverpool home, Norwich away, Bournemouth away If we don't get a win at Newcastle then we could be waiting a while for the next league win and sink close to the relegation zone |

There’s no quick fix, even if we are going to start contemplating replacing ole, it simply isn’t feasible until next summer at the earliest anyway. |
