Big test of the bouncebackability. Chelsea will be fresh and really up for it after scoring 7. Huge match now.

Am I missing something here?

If Wazza doesn't make it, just play Nani and Valencia either side of Berbs with Carrick, Fletch with either Scholes or Giggs in a 4-4-3.

We'll beat Chelsea and I'm off to bed.

Well it's certainly Berbatov's chance.
Rooney will miss Saturday & next Wednesday.
It's Berbatov's 'moment'

Just been reminded that Wayne missed the second leg of the SF with Barcelona in 2008 (as well as playing with an injury in the away leg)
The thing is, back then we had Tevez & Ronaldo...& Hargreaves..& Anderson in form.

Our attacking options are thin as £#%&!..& our midfield cover is limited too.

The "risk" is actually playing two strikers in big games, as you (hopefully) know - given how good Rooney is right now, just about anybody else in the entire football world would miss out. Is that clear now??

If Rooney isn't fit the Berbs will have to step in. Just as well he never had that knee op, eh??
