There’s a difference between it being a penalty and whether it should be given as one or not.

That is never a penalty, get absolutely £#%&!ed.

See that happen multiple times every week. How the £#%&! is that a pen?! Literally yesterday the wolves Newcastle game player had his shirt pulled and they were saying you don’t get them in pens .
