Aston villa, exhausted by last week's world cup champion of the universe game against man utd, are currently being comfortably beaten 2-0 by blackburn.

I think the Blackburn players are playing out of their skins because they know that soon they will be in danger of losing their places when Allaryce goes on a mega buying spree with the £0 the Indians are going to give him in January.

It's a strange one. This is still mainly Mourinho's team that won the treble. Rafa's not really had an opportunity to replace everyone with inferior players and really stamp his identity on the team, yet he's already managed to turn them in to complete garbage. That's impressive even by his standards.

Depressing that the onlyworld class player City have got after spending £400m is a player we basically ushered through the door in order not to spend another £25m and mainly because of you know who...

i wouldn't say tevez is world class. he is a really good player, great finisher, excellent at going forward and his general work rate is spot on, but he can't really be bracketed with messi, ronaldo, kaka, eto'o, etc.
