If fit, martial deserves to start.

I'm not entirely convinced by 352, but it's a good option and it'll keep the opposition guessing.

De Gea

Valencia
Bailly
Jones
Young

Matic
Herrera
Mkihi

Mata
Martial
Rom

I know it's early days but a big weekend ahead. Stick 4 past these and hope chelseas win or get a point and gives us great confidence going in to a tricky few months.

352 is an away from home tactic
Don't have gifted enough CBs on the ball to be playing it at home against the likes of Palace

Assuming he isn't injured Martial has to start after that display
Worth trying Rashford on the right to see how we get on with both Martial and Rashford on either flank

Hope to god Herrera has done enough to keep Fellaini out of the team

Fellaini has done ok. Pleasing that Herrera slipped straight in and looked good.

The standout aspect of this team so far is the positive competition for places. Everyone is coming off the bench and making an impact. Everyone who is getting a start is giving Jose a selection issue.

Even the likes of young have come in and worked their arse off and made themselves an option.

Fellaini , for all his horridness , is at least now effective and playing with confidence and doing his job.

Martial is the big one though. Looks hungry and ready whenever he's called on. Totally at it against championship button. Looked delighted to score. Man of the match last night.

There's a real sense that everyone is onside now.

Lindelof to start? Decent showing last night and it is a Palace who have lost every game and have yet to score. If Mou is looking to ease him in this would appear to be a prime opportunity to expose him to the PL.

Keep Jones out of the squad and away from the international grind btw.

I'd feel fine with him there. As good a game as any and if Jones is even slightly injured, keep him out of the side.

Is it another international break after this weekend?

Would like to see this also. Feels inevitable but unlikely Mou will go with it yet.

Rashers, Tony and a the big man. Miki floating behind.

That would be a genuinely exciting forward line.

Looked like Palace showed a bit of threat last week vs City before capitulating. Loftus-Cheek hit the post, scuffed one he should have at least tested the 'keeper with etc. With him off of Benteke they have some decent physicality, which I think is the biggest issue with Lindelof rather than say positioning, decision making or basic defending.

If Jones & Bailly are fit, I think they deserve to continue as the league partnership.

I did like the shape of the side last night, wouldn't say that was in anyway a back 5, definitely a a picture perfect example of 3-4-3, Young & Blind must have had average positions akin to Giggs & Becks in the pomp ffs, so far up the pitch.

I'd prefer a 4-3-3 but the shape of the side domestically works well, shame Pogba isn't in as I think we'd actually be hitting 5's & 6's with his input. Lot's of 4's will have to do I suppose

-----------------------------De Gea---------------------------

Valencia------Bailly--------------Jones------------Blind

---------------------------Matic-------------------------------

---------------Herrera--------------Mhki------------------

----Rashers---------------------------------Martial------

------------------------Lukaku-------------------------------

Utd to win 7-0.
