Watched the game and didn't think it was excessive

As usual they latch on to an excuse and drone on and on about it until it becomes their accepted truth.

God I've missed them being rattled.

They've just equalised.

City at Chelsea this weekend.

I keep hearing how they aren't as good as last season but they're right on city's tail.

They're much better than last season but most pundits are too stupid to see it. It's largely because their football is less spectacular and the improvements are at the back.

Exactly.

The same side that was winning the nation's hearts kept pissing away two goal leads .

This one is tighter at the back and wins when it doesn't play well.

That's what champions do.

The heavy Christmas fixture list is just around the corner and city can afford to rest 3 or 4 players each game

I think that will tell in the end

And ?

It's a tough fixture and they won't keep playing like this.

Liverpool's best ever start to a top flight season. Ever.

Which will make it hurt all the more when they ultimately fall short

They are going to win the league. And city will win the champions league. I suggest you embrace it now.

Both have a good chance of happening, but not just yet. To hopefully quote St Augustine

Correct. Long term City have too much for them I think, but both are £#%&!ing streets ahead of us. It’s like discussing whether you’d rather have measles or chicken pox.

It's obvious this is going to happen. Don't forget most people on here find city's success is hollow so it will be like water off a ducks back to them.
