Default Keano gone?

Has anyone heard this? 2 different people now have text to say he's left Sunderland. Nothing on any news sites even suggesting it as far as I can see.

I can't beleive he'd do a Keegan.

Sunderland will stay up this year with Keano, he just needs a good assistant, especially one who can spot good talent.

he'd be a bit of slapped arse to walk away just because he's getting a bit of stick, especially given the money he's had.

Definitely. I'm very disappointed in him if it's true.

To be honest, given how much he has spent, he's hardly been pulling up any trees in management terms is he.

Agreed.

Don't get me wrong, I like my football men with a bit of fire in the belly (:gayfight ...Most the 'Greats' have been a loose cannon.

But, this would look pretty £#%&!ing childish if he walked now.
As you say, he's had a lot of money to spend & hasn't been afraid to spend it.

It would be typical of the man though.

yep. he seems to be fine when things are going well (as in the majority of his playing career), but when things get a bit difficult, he seems very quick to quit.

badge: the text i got was off an ex-ireland team mate of keano and quinn. i don't do wums mate.
