If the winner is outside the top 4, there are 5 PL teams in the CL, if in top 4 there are 4.

That exact scenario happened literally 2 years ago and it directly involved us.

Also, if we win the Champions League and Arsenal win the Europa, and we both finish outside the top 4, we both go in the Champions League, and 4th spot misses out.

Any nation can have a maximum of 5 teams.

It's more complicated adding in CL

maximum of 5 slots available so if Arsenal/Chelsea win EL thats 1 - if any of the four left in win the ECL thats 2. If the winner of the ECL is outside of the top 4 then only the top 3 would qualify i think.
