Whatever you think about certain elements of the club and the politics

think they're now in the north-west premier, so one more and they'll be in the nationwide north? Then conference .

Think it will take a few seasons though - they've struggled a lot more this year so will need to get a few better players in.

Heard there was an 'interesting' refereeing performance that saw them win the final. Fair play though.

Nice. They'll struggle if they get up to blue square league though.

Anyone know if AFC Wimbledon got promoted?

Money gained through having the most fans, not through some outside individual coming in & artificially influencing the outcome. It's how United did it until the 90s.

Outstanding. I thought they might struggle in this division.

In 76 now this is true

Promotion gained via inflated players wages paying players of a higher standard than the rest of the league could afford.
Money made through commercial exploitation and increased gate monies.
Seems they have more in common with the Glazers than they think.

Money, ha ha , here we go again.

Renting Gigg Lane costs more than we can afford, so we lose money on every game. The playoffs are even worse as the proceeds are split between the two teams and the league, so we only got a third - and 50% of that goes to Bury.

Now who pays the highest wages...hmmm...that's right, it's Bradford Park Avenue, who finished top, followed by Curzon Ashton, who finished fourth. FCs wages are slightly higher than some, slightly lower than others.

But carry on with your myth-peddling won't you lads
I mean it's not like we've not heard it all before or anything

What a £#%&!ing day yesterday, what a £#%&!ing achievement - well off the pace a few weeks ago, playing 4 games a week, we thought we had no chance and would have been happy just to make the playoffs. Going up is just a stunning achievement. Three in three years - 3 more and we'll be a league club.

Though obviously by then we'll have a 90,000 capacity solid gold stadium with seats made from white tiger skins eh.

I'm not anti or pro Fc, unless the pious get on their soapbox

But this statement couldn't be further from the truth, the players at Fc are not

the highest paid in that league by a long way

This 'FC pay loads more than other teams' is %@#$&!s. I know that for certain they don't. Oh and I've never been to an FC match.
