Chicken - full roast chicken from waitrose deli counter
Spuds and Yorkshire’s - aunt Bessie’s
Gravy - bisto

Made mash myself and veg is veg.

Actually made me rethink it. 2-3 hours plus fannying about for something that is only slightly better than the 30 minutes it took me to throw that together.
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh FFS

Jambalayah.

Roasts take far more effort then they're worth.

I’m not doubting you, but equally, I can’t help but that think that’s like coming first in the special olympics.

Can tell based on the reaction to believe’s atrocities that there is at least a level of knowledge and understanding there though.

Respect the potato, fear the potato, love the potato.

That's exactly what I do, but it just feels a lot of effort for a plate of brown.

I'll happily eat just a plate of roasties tbh. A good one is one of the simple joys of life

Blasphemy. Every Sunday unless it's boiling, love the routine. Pic to follow.

Doing a Jamie O 30 minute-r aren’t I. Satay chicken skewers with noodle salad. Pyar limes and olive oil.

Roasts are the most overrated meal in all of food. With all love and respect to my boy Bunks’ spuds.

Tbh that sounds good, it's too hot / hungover for a roast today for me ...

Doing a 4 cheese, habanero hot lasagne with garlic buttered flat breads....

Try Jimmy's Sate Sauce, is what the takeaways use for their stir fry version.

Magnificent.
