load of tosh
i'd be surprised if half of them were from actual firms meeting up
they slap bans on any young football fan for stuff that doesn't even happen at the match

read this report on sky before. apparently the youngest one they nicked was 13 and the oldest was 71.

Basically, some lads give it large, and they nick innocent bystanders and accuse them of the thing they didn't have the balls to go after the actual perpetrator for.

It must be budget review time. Potential threat to police spending, and then the terrorism/hooliganism stories appear as if by magic. Same every time. Cynical as £#%&!
