Meh. Lovely technically but a bit slow and feeble and generally a bit of a weak link.

This poll is more of a ‘did you like Daley Blind’ thing imo.

There are people who think that Earth is flat.

If everyone agreed, you’d probably feel the need to disagree..

You’re waffling mate. You said people wouldn’t think something, I pointed out they do. It’s as simple as that.

Agreed. Given the money paid, his time here and monies received he's not far off Cantona value compared to 99% of the rest of the signings since fergie

Many a true word is said in jest & the way in which United go about things in the transfer window it would be more of a surprise if they actuely manage to sign, Amrebat without #@&%!ing the entire deal-up.

What about a defender who can actually track a runner and keep up with him? Rather than just watching players run in behind him with a look that says "where the £#%&! did he come from" whilst holding one hand on his hip and the other brushing through his beautiful hair.

A nice player and a nice left foot, but it was not so nice as to render his deficiencies worth putting up with. He was no Mihajlovic, or even De Boer.

Lack of speed was the most obvious flaw, but his physical and mental softness were more serious, IMO. He'd look good at centre-back for a few games, then collapse.

All the same, I liked him and would have kept him. Would've happily had him at the base of that midfield in spite of his flaws - someone who could pass the ball a bit, ffs. We'd/ve no-one else.

Helped that we were the kings of sideways and back possession.

Mental softness

Bloke nearly died, then came back to carry on at the highest level. Soft though

Cost us top 4 and LVG his job and inadvertently inflicted Mourinho on us because he couldn’t defend at West Ham and got bullied.
