If we won three league titles back to back and the European Cup two years in a row I'd consider letting him go. On the form he's been on this season he'd be replacable.

currently that would be £63m(ish)... by the Summer... nearer a 1 for 1 I'd imagine.

Last years form I'd of said he was undervalued - hopefully they are just topping up what they have left in the pot. I'd still be asking for nearer £100m just because of the money we all know they made off the back of Beckham's marketing last time around, plus Ronnie will still only be 24...

I'm resigned to him going though.

Yup, good thing is whatever happens and whoever leaves, United always goes on.

Why would you take a loan out now, and pay money on it, if you're not going to use if for at least four months?

Why not just arrange it at the time you need it?
