That would be lovely Rhodders... but herrera didn't even come on against PSG right? Neither did he start against barca (?). Doubtful if he will start.

That would do me!

Edit. Really struggling to see what our settled front 6 would be and if we would ever have one. Can only see Rooney and maybe Depay certain to start most weeks

That's the team that will start but 4-4-2 instead of 4-3-3 with Young on the left wing.

State on that defence :shakehead:

Still, plenty of pace in the midfield and up top

Sign some £#%&!ing players ffs, its not one position every transfer window

The defence will be absolutely fine with adequate protection. People making out as if the top 4 teams have wordly defences

This, though not sure about the Blind experiment. The problem last year was goals more than at the back. De Gea had a great season and the defenders can do better but they had little protection from midfield, especially with Carrick out.

Chelsea 73 scored 32 conceded
City 83 scored 39 conceded
Arsenal 71 scored 36 conceded
Utd 62 scored 37 conceded

21 goals away from home meant only 6 wins, sort that out and Utd challenge.

Would be surprised to see Herrera start, as much as I want him to. Probably my new favourite player now Mad Rafa's gone. Quite possibly Mata will drop back into a central attacking midfield role and Young will be given a start (unless we sign Pedro and drop him straight in it).

Thumbs up

No better off than we were two years ago. At least van Gaal will have retired before he gets it right.

I find this Blind thing at centre back utter ridiculous. He will get destroyed regularly there. It also shows a complete lack in faith in most of our centre backs, yet we haven't £#%&!ing bought one. It doesn't make sense. So if he plays Smalling with Blind what does that say to Jones? Wonder if Rojo will be given a run when match for and if he can stay relatively injury freee? I just can't see it.

Schweini has to start surely?

Pedro will be a brilliant addition imo and will make us more threatening. I just want to see exciting this season last season was awful at times no matter what excuses you make. Hopefully a settled side and rotation with more games in cup matches etc and we will get momentum, only having 1 game a week last season didn't help.
