Thumbs up Mustard and banana

This is actually very f***ing nice. Sounds weird but they really go well together.

Try it if you get a chance. Has to be a decent ratio of mustard, 1:1 or possibly .08:1.

I think it's American style. Doesn't say, it's not seeded or dijon. They might work though.

tried this banana and mustard thing. Someone told me about it in the States.

It's best with Dijon or other very strong mustards but can work with American too.

It's a bizarre combo but it works.

1) its not a sandwich
2) its not cheese, its cheese spread

why not go and get a sachet and try it

I might see what sachets they have in our canteen as Iv got a banana just sat here waiting to be eaten...with some mustardo.
