Football Which keeper

makes it for the dipper game? A clean sheet for shaky joe surely puts him favourite over de gea and if so where does that leave de gea for the foreseeable?

i think if you discount De Gea's initial shakey patch, he's shown some potential and i think he's a great keeper.

i'd stick with him - i thought the criticism he got off the media and some united fans was harsh.... the circumstances for his move here weren't ideal for a young keeper... i.e. replacing VdS...

I fully agree and think the decision to drop him was bizarre especially for the confidence factor. I never feel confident with Lindegard in goals but I can't see him dropped after a clean sheet and it being the dippers.

Although I've just thought, if De Gea plays weds he will probably play Sunday.

prefer de gea obviously, far more entertaining and stylish keeper, but

tbh if de gea can't hold down his place then that's his problem not ours

if lindegaard gets settled in behind the defence then he's young enough to stay there a long time so it doesn't really make much difference other than that he's a £#%&!ing droid

Yes, I always expect the goalkeeper to bring entertainment and style to proceedings.

Not sure why he was £#%&!ing dropped? The Fulham one the striker clearly fouled him, he was barged off the ball & Vidic conspired to spoon it in the net by not being strong enough on the header. De Gea was £#%&!ing outstanding at Goodison as well.

Fergie is being a @#%&!.

Well, actually I think the original question was referring to a choice between two professional goalkeepers both of whom have international experience at some level or another. I didnt think there was a third option of playing Salford's own version of Odd Job
