Default Anyway while I was away I understand our list of transfer targets was reduced to just one.

Did this cause all sorts of consternation? Is it Berbatov? Is it the Glazers fault?

I am a tad apprehensive actually... The signing of Bareth Garry will make them into world beaters....

I'll bet you ten pints of Becks Vier (4.3%), two handshakes and a kick in the nuts that United will not win either the league or European Cup next season.

because we only have 2 - and we can't always rely on ronaldo to score 40 goals a season.

Statistically no team has won the champions league in consecutive seasons since the early 90's and only 3 or 4 teams in history have won the titles 3 seasons on the trot...

History suggests we may struggle.

True, so we buy a striker to add to the two that we had last season. not sure why we need a second, either Fraizer Campbell or the Black Eusebio, if he gets a work permit can fill a 4th striker slot.

of course there is. we just have to be a bit more thorough. Rather than going for the stupid option of forking over best part of 30 million £#%&!ing quid for berbatov.

it isn't like we've been poor in the transfer market recently, in fact you'd have to say on recent evidence we are likely to get whatever we do this summer right.
