Will come in on the second half (of the first half ideally) and dominate the midfield, nailing down his place within seconds of his arrival. Just have to hope the Scottish moron doesn’t get himself sent off in the meantime.

Team played well and didn’t let us down. No need to go back to those who lost 4-0 to Brentford.

I think it sends the right message tbh. Play well, with the required intensity, and you’ll keep your place. Fair enough.

They will play a physical running game im not sure we can deal with that , i hope i am wrong but with The Scottish Player playing as holding midfielder he needs to not receive a card early doors

it's all very well them getting themselves up for a game against Liverpool under the floodlights at old trafford with the crowd well up for it. But this lot have lost 8 away games on the trot or something. They constantly fail to turn up for fixtures like this.

They constantly fail to turn up against Liverpool and they broke that trend this week. Let’s hope the penny has dropped. We’ll learn a lot in the first few minutes.

We’ve no excuses. We should have plenty of confidence, we’ve got options on the bench and Southampton are decidedly ‘meh’. It’s up to us.
