Default Rafa is £#%&!ing crackers!

He said: "We do not really know yet. Steven was tired, and he gets injured.

"He was tired, too, at Wigan but when I took him off there everyone was saying he had to play every single minute of every match. Now you have seen the consequences.

"He asked to be taken off, you could see at Wigan he was struggling and the same thing happened here."

So it's everyone else's fault now?

I £#%&!ing love this guy.

I'd like to see him stick around for a while. I hate him because he's a pathetic bastard but he is starting to sound unintentionally very funny.

He's really embarrassing himself and his club now.

Only the most deluded (RAWK) of Scousers won't be able to see it.

Always someone else's fault :shakehead: @#%&!.

But that's why they love him, with the scousers it's always someone else's fault...........'it wasn't us, it was chelsea fans'....................'it was the coppers fault'............'it wasn't me it was another fan what killed that bloke'..........etc,etc.

so suggesting

you might not want to take off both your main goal threats in a tight game when you're battling for the title

is the same as

he must play every minute of every game forever

nice one, rafa

classic rafa, this. he rotates like a madman - what was it, something like 80-odd games in a row without playing the same side twice? - but then, when he knows steeeeeevie is tired (presumably before the game) he refuses to rotate and goes ahead and starts him for the umpteenth game in a row. a masterstroke

seriously, why did he keep gerrard on so long at 1-0 up at wigan if he knew he was fatigued and he knew (it's his squad with his physios etc) that there was a clear danger of him straining something?

So that he could rant at people for making him play him or summat.

but they (media vermin and fan vermin) do keep saying he has to play his best players all the time

something not right there; either he's not very bright and £#%&!ing it up under pressure, or someone at the club has sensed that he's not very bright and likely to £#%&! it up under pressure. if it's neither of those two thenit must be something else, but basically their squad is £#%&!.
