Thanks for the service, disappointed you have left United again but I understand...you just cannot rejecting an offer to lead your own country.

Who will replace him? This is not ideal. But at least its happened while we're the holders of the 2 biggest trophies in club football.

im actually pretty dissapointed in this. i know we will go on without him, but he is extremly influencial at the club i hope it doesnt have a knock on effect

He's already interviewed for the post. McCoist was superb by all accounts and will be announced as Carlos assistant as soon as he's gone.

It just lacks the finishing touches. Could be official before the weekend.

I agree with lawless, get somebody in before the season starts. Don't want SAF on his own again.
