Where are these leadership qualities we keep hearing about?

He's not the most vocal. He's certainly not an organiser and nobody around him is elevated in their performance.

Right now, he looks as bad as any of them, but instead of him being some deadwood we can't shift, he's Ole's biggest signing and the man we're supposed to be building our defence around.
