Default Axel Tuanzebe (linked with Newcastle)

Not sure I remember him having a good game since PSG. Had high hopes for him, but haven't been convinced for a while.
23 years-old and seems to struggle with injuries too. What would you do?

I'd have played him ahead of Lindelof for a start.

Being injured for 123 days probably didn't help his cause in the last year or so in that regard.

Doesn't seem to have the intelligence to play the top level.
If Varane comes in, he's not going to get a look in. Let him be free and see if he can make it elsewhere.

Showed some early promise, but he’s looked a jittery liability the last few months. I wouldn’t sell him, but a loan would do him the world of good.

Sell Utd are too sentimental about home grown players.

has looked good when he had a run of games for villa. not really had more than the odd (rash) cameo at united. unlikely to play much for us, though, so.... would loan, not sell. for now.

Hugely disappointed he couldn’t dislodge Lindelof last season.

I would give him one last chance

Lindelof ain’t much, but he showed he’s the best of the a bad bunch last season.

He is soft, but Tuanzebe and Bailly were absolute liabilities when called upon, unfortunately.

Loan please.

Cb’s don’t generally get good until their late to mid 20’s, get him out playing regularly and see how he does. Seems a bit injury prone and dozy though..

Yep. The little cameos and sporadic starts are not helping him or us. Let him play regularly and see how he does.

If we are to sell anyone, it should be Jones and Bailly. We have plenty of games to conclude that they are shit.

He looked pretty good at Villa and has had a couple of great games for us. There's a player in there somewhere.

Loan.

Big fan of his coming up through the academy but since his Villa loan he’s gone backwards

He needs to leave and start his career and we need to stop holding onto players for too long and sell them while we can still get good cash for them

Could still turn into a top centre back but not at Utd as he needs to play regularly

If we sell him we’ll need to sign another backup CB

They get good by playing every week when younger. 72 games in his career and he's 24 in a few months.

He'd be best off leaving permanently.

Of course he should be sold. But it should be with a buy-back clause for what he goes for (guessing £20m?) and we’ll see if he can have two or three excellent seasons elsewhere. He’s not breaking through here.

Feels like the type of player Liverpool would get 20-odd million for. Reckon we'll get 7.2
