Easy this.

Barring an injury crisis spurs will finish higher.

Also an easy one for me, because we're going to win the Premier League.

Obviously City need to sack their mascot manager and hire someone with experience of winning things.

Sparky is right. How many of our team would get in theirs?

Henderson? Can't even get into ours.

The Spanish Werewolf Goalie? Possibly.

Shaw?

Really - not a single one of ours except for Fernandes would get into their opening XI.

Ah but Heath... it's a team game....sum of the parts and all that.

Yeah - but we look like strangers on the pitch at times. Look at Demba Ba's goal t'other week.

Seriously - don't give me that 'Spurs are weak' mentality. This isn't the usual Spurs. They've got the best forwards in the league - at least up there with Liverpool - and a canny manager.

Not a chance we'll finish ahead of them unless there's some insane event.

Leave him alone, it's his one highlight in life to sift through posting history like some mentalist.

For instance, when we fail to win the league this season i won't be on here searching this oddball's posting history to score smiley points from strangers on the internet.

I’d put it another way, this season is as wide open as its been since poch’s Tottenham got stage fright because the mighty Leicester were hot on their heels.

Any team with a modicum of consistency could do it.

I think we’re more than capable of winning it this season (unlike most other seasons since fergeh left) but won’t because we can’t get sufficient momentum or consistency.

Unfortunately, I can’t see past Liverpool but we could end up being very close.

"momentum"

"consistency"

We won't win it because we're not good enough. It's that £#%&!ing simple. The mental gymnastics being applied are staggering.

I'm looking at Spurs line up against City...

De Gea over Lloris
Aurier and Dier are both shite
Sissoko, Ndombely, Hojberg, Bergwijn - nothing to write home about.
Alderweireld gets into our side
Kane and Son are quality

Don't see what the big drama is really

You shouting at thin air pal?

It’s not mental gymnastics. If we’re not good enough, it’s because we fail to keep momentum up and/or maintain consistency. But we can easily beat every team in the prem on our day. I would say Liverpool are the current exception but city, arse, spuds, Chelsea, Everton, Leicester etc are all easily beat able .
