Real give players time. We write off players immediately. They often sign players for big money who hardly play in their first season then that player goes on to become a mainstay in the next few seasons.

Marcelo, Higuain, Robinho and now Militao, Vinicius, Rodrygo and Valverde, to name but a few.. Camavinga, who many said we shouldn’t sign because he wouldn’t go straight into the first team
