Good to see Milan back to being a proper team. Intrigued to see Juve’s improvement now the nasty Ronaldo isn’t there to hinder them.

We wanted Sandro Tonali, apparently, but he only wanted to go to Milan. Been brilliant this season and exactly what we’re missing by all accounts.

Juve 1-0 Morata. Lovely finish.

Very helpful of the Roma official site to put brackets around who Jose is going to pick on:
Quote:
ROMA (4-2-3-1): Rui Patricio; Karsdorp (Smalling), Mancini, Ibanez, Calafiori (Mayoral); Cristante, Veretout (Mkhitaryan); Zaniolo (Perez), Pellegrini, Shomurodov (El Shaarawy); Abraham

They seem to be leaving about half of potentially their strongest XI out per game so far.

No Hakimi, Wijnaldum (although they aren’t impressed, by all accounts, ‘burned out’ has been mentioned ), Paredes, Danilo…

Those midfielders are all much of a muchness imo. Deffo the area the need to improve.

£#%&!ing hell, forgot Verratti he’s the one they miss.

Crazy
He wanted to return in the summer. I think that's part of the reason things broke off with Conte. But PSG triggered a year longer extension meaning it would cost Spurs a ton to buy out his contract.

Nuno knows he was way down the list of choices and so do the players. Going to be very hard for him to establish control when the whole world knows you were the desperation appointment. I think Graham Potter of Brighton was considered before him.

Messi, Neymar, Mbappe, Di Maria (and Herrera) on the pitch. 1 nil down at home.

Messi looks so wrong in that kit

Poch takes Messi off and Messi gives him the cold shoulder coming off

They had a Messi cam all game which was just Messi walking looking miserable all match
Don’t see this lasting more than a season, his heart isn’t in it

This. Barca gave him his powers.

That penalty decision was a joke. Neymar fouled the defender ffs

Icardi wins it in the 93rd minute.

All those camera phones pointing at him by people not looking at the game. God, I'd hate being a celebrity.

Milan should’ve won it, despite being without 6 players and losing the CB halfway through the first half.

Madrid bag in the 86th and 88th minute to come back from 1-0 at Valencia. Vinicius Jr & Benzema
