This.

I can laugh at their position at a surface level, but seeing them and Barca on their arse while the Oil clubs clean up and literally take the piss is a poor reflection on football.

If this Ronaldo thing to City materialises, that’s deeply depressing. Messi weeping because he has to leave Barca and Ronaldo turning blue

Awful.

These £#%&!ers have no shame. As corrupt as a £9 note.

Just been reading up on him:

Quote:
Al Thani received a bachelor's and master's degree from USC. In July 2020, the Los Angeles Times published an investigative report showing that he was allowed to skip classes as an undergraduate student for dubious "security reasons", and that he obtained his master's during a period in which he never set foot on campus. During his master's, Al Thani got a "special dispensation" to study remotely, which USC has never before or after offered to any other student. At the same time that he was enrolled in the master's, social media posts showed him attending a handful of military exercises as well as vacationing in France, the UK, and Monaco, and Algeria, where he went hunting with falcons. An adjunct professor said that Al Thani's handlers delivered a final paper in a bag that also contained a Rolex watch, which the adjunct returned.

After the 2019 college admissions bribery scandal, which did not involve Al Thani or his family, the Los Angeles Times had received a tip to look into his college degree.
Quote:
An active warrant for Al Thani's arrest stands in the state of California, as Al Thani never showed up to his arraignment. The infraction stems from a speeding arrest in 2014 in which the Al Thani, who was returning from the Wynn resort and casino in Las Vegas with his entourage, was driving 130 mph. California Highway Patrol officers detained Al Thani and cited him for speeding. In a criminal complaint, L.A. prosecutors alleged he was driving recklessly and flaunting a dangerous speed.

Why on earth are Madrid spending 180 million euro on a player they can get for nothing (well not nothing but you know what I mean) in a year

It’s not like with Mbappe this season they’re going to win the CL
There are too many other issues with the side

Still this is the club who spent 140 million on Hazard when he only had 1 year left on his deal

Feels like a final nail in the coffin for Football this window. Messi to PSG, Ronalds to the windowlickers and €200m deals

Staying this Summer apparently, but Madrid are confident he'll sign a pre-contract in January...

Seems odd they were willing to pay €180m euros if it's that simple.

Still PSG will be able to console themselves with Pogba on a free

Madrid offered 200 milliion euros and PSG just didn't bother getting back to them

quite obviously a dick-swinging statement designed to tell everyone they don't care about money or trying to appear legit in terms of FFP.

They will fancy their chance of threatening him into a renewal over the next 12 months. Gangsters.

Thumbs down

£189m bid from Real Madrid rejected, and PSG now willing to let Mbappe leave for free next summer.

Ridiculous nonsense all round from both disgustingly corrupt clubs, with PSG wiping their arse with the FIFA Fair Play rule book.

Club-states are as dangerous to the football ecosystem as the Super League. We were critical of the Super League because it destroys European football and we are just as critical of PSG. Covid losses + 300M; TV revenue in France -40%; And + 500M in salaries? Untenable.
FFP dead and PSG pissing on its grave

Utterly ridiculous PSG can turn down that money when he can go for nowt next summer and just proves FFP is a joke.

Pogba would have been out of the door for any offer around £50m from United who are in the same boat.

PSG 'offer Mbappe £125m in bid to convince the striker to stay at club
Mbappe's contract with the French giants expires this summer and he is widely expected to make the move to the Spanish capital/

When they win the Champions League.

No-one important gives a shit that City are making an absolute mockery of the biggest football league in the world, ao I doubt anyone is going to kick up a fuss that PSG are walking away with a league like Ligue 1 pretty much every season.
