Well he had after Ronaldo

He’s a long term project
Looks an incredible talent but he needs games against men in senior football to push on

Out for six weeks. Thigh injury. Pity but you would have thought something could be sorted out in terms of doing the deal but United paying all his wages while he's injured. It's only four weeks of club football which isn't that much in the context of a season. But maybe they have another option.

Personally want the kid to stay. What's better for him: an extra season training on the same pitch/in the same gym as Ronaldo or a season playing (possibly not every game) in an inferior league? Surely the learning from Ronaldo option will be the best experience an attacking player like him (who does need bulking a bit) could possibly have.

He's too good for u23s football though and there won't be enough games for him as one of our wide options. But hopefully he'll get out in January and in the meantime he can get on the steaks.

Thank £#%&! for that, thought he’d done his knee or something.

If James is off then we should keep him around imo

Cup games and bench option instead of Mata
