We should be all over this kid in the summer, he looks an unbelievable talent.

No chance. We don't buy the next world class talents any more. We over pay for massive flops.

Dortmund have already said he's going nowhere, all bids will be refused, and they've creamed that much in fees recently they'll be under no pressure to sell.

Wonder if City have a buy back?

Didn’t he leave them when his contract ran out?

He should be our number one target this summer, we should do everything and anything to get him IMO.

Not sure if it was after his contract ran out and they had to pay a tribunal fee, or he was right at the end of his deal and City sold him for a nominal fee as with Diaz and that Rabbi fella..

Nothing doing this summer imo. They've sold Dembele, Aubamayang and Pulisic for huge monies recently, they won't need to sell and I don't think the lad would force a move as he seems to be enjoying himself. Dortmund are historically good at keeping players under contract as well. Would definitely be making sure we're head of the queue for if and when they do sell though..

He signed from City for £8mil. If there was an anti-united clause, city would have leaked it to the sun by now like they usually do.

Was that a tribunal figure because a player under the age of 23 was leaving on a Bosman, or a transfer?

Funny what happens when you give kids a chance eh? Why would top young talent ever pick City or Chelsea over United, Spurs or Arsenal?

Kids might not if advised correctly but the parents can be easily seduced by £££££

Yeah I get it, but surely the real dough is tied into a proper shot at the first team which you simply don’t get at City and Chelsea because they’re short termists. How is it possible for the renters to have such a top youth team and none of them break through?

Yeah but parents are short termists as well
They'll think it's still possibly a long shot he makes it as a top class footballer as so much can go wrong in the development process so better to get some serious coin now if they can

Yep, they stopped that Hudson-Odoi from leaving and gave him some game time recently and now he's staying he wasn't even on the bench last night.

dunno, just looked at wiki and it said dort for £8mil, after city left him out of their prem squad for the season in 2017, so he handed in a transfer request.
