He's in the Euro squad as he's been at the club since he was 15, hedid get in a match day squad, again though, he was the only defender able to stand up at the club at the time.

Fair enough. s'pose he's only young and he'll either make it or not. Not really seen him but if he's as poor as you suggest the latter seems more likely.

Tbf to him he's tall and gangly, and plenty of players that look awkward and uncoordinated at 16/17 improve drastically when they stop growing. But he has had some £#%&!ing horror shows for the academy and the reserves that I have seen. Simple things.

Don't think there was a bad performance from a Utd player today. Patience was the football cliche today, everyone stuck at it against an organised Fulham side. Very pleasing.

Vidic was very good today as well. Dominant and agressive.

What a contrast from the defence that zamora was able to bully at craven cottage.

Valencia found it hard to make an impact but he did nothing wrong. Good cameo from Park he seems high on confidence these days, Nani likewise.

agree with that, felt that valencia came inside too often, like to see him getting down the outside, just to vary it, not his best game but he's entitled to an off day, been a right good signing.

Tbf, the space seemed to be all down the left today, and Nani benefited from the energy and overlapping of Evra, Valencia didn't see as much of the ball as a result.

if we manage to get over the line first after that period of injuries it will be an incredible achievement

we've barely had a first teamer that hasn't had injury lay offs this year, some of them major

i can't recall any other side at the top ever having to play their first choice central midfielders as a centre back pairing

i feel without those setbacks we'd be a few points clear by now

to be fair to toni, neville gave him little support today. rafael's pace and energy helps him a lot, as evra's did nani today.

Have you still not realised we only have 1 of them, the Glazers sold the other to buy a new car.
