Should be the easiest kit in the world to design.

Quickly knocked one up in 10 minutes.

They can have it for free.

2006/2007 kit was the best we've had for the last 20 years.

It was perfect

Got a Ronaldo home 2007/8 and a Vidic black away from 07/08. Would#ve loved a pinstripe white away or black 3rd this season

2007/09 for me. love plain simple shirts.

also really liked the 2011/12 kit despite the painful memories associated with it. and in the more recent adidas years the 2016/17 kit was smart too.

the first year back with Adidas, the home and away kits were kept simple and were decent.

as the years go by they just get worse and worse. what's the inspiration for the `pattern` this year? a swarm of bees flying over the Irwell once in 1927 or an homage to the seat coverings of an Abbotts coach out of Blackpool in the 80s?

If you want the "authentic" one here ie the one that doesn't feel like a Donnay knock-off it's about £90 over here. I buy the shirts on delay when they're down to about £20-30, #ffw

2006/09 were our last really good shirts, not unlike the team really.

it's always been the way - they just fleece you in different ways now.....

i remember the whole £#%&!ing riot about replica kits when it all first kicked off and the nonsense with names on the back of shirts....

the money united must make is insane, when you think about it.

we've come a long way.....

Yeah im thinking of the baby kits ( they used to not have sponsors on them ).
I think my kit was just tucked into the shorts to hide Sharp.

Never knew Sharp were a Japanese concern until embarrassingly recently
