Think the International break did us no favours, and had we just held on at Sheffield United we’d be looking at 5 wins on the spin at the moment and have a completely different view on things.

Slight concern that they had one eye on Wednesday and Today last Sunday.. don’t want them to be a big game team, get some consistency ffs and learn to deal with the hard working, deep defending run of the mill sides that we struggle with
Mctommers and Pogba both out exposed us, let's not forget.

Front line is great, defence has potential, but midfield is desperate. Replacing Pereira would transform the squad. Ideally we would've held onto Herrera and sold Matic. But that's all academic, we might even get an upgrade on both during the next transfer window.

The massive positive is that we again showed that we don't necessarily need Pogba. If Ole can work his magic with a top class replacement, we'll be more than ok.

I predicted 4 points from Spurs (1pt) and City (3pts)

Delighted with the 6pts

Excellent performances from the players makes the victories more satisfying

watch us lose to everton now
