City banned from Europe

If this hasn't been posted before but here are the evidence from Der Speigel that got them banned and if you ask me the evidence look even worse than two year punishment they were given.

Evidently, Etihad received a bill over £ 67.5 million, of which only "8 million pounds should be paid directly from Etihad and 59.5 million from ADUG". The airline stated on SPIEGEL's request that their financial obligations towards the club had been in the "sole responsibility" of Etihad.

CAS are doing the case next week. Can the CAS decision be appealled if city win?

I can't see them throwing it out but maybe a reduction to one year?
