He was. Dortmund game I think he was attempting to be expansive and his passing was shocking.

He's kept it simple so far this season, which with Blind next to him to play out at times makes more sense. It looks an interesting partnership, with Blind's awareness and class and Bailly being able to cover the pitch brilliantly.

Very early days though and they haven't really been tested.
