Agreed. Bloke at work is in bed for 9pm... so that means home from work and then in bed a couple of hours later?

Pretty much midnight-7am are my hours of sleep during the week, more than enough. Weekends can be anything.

I usually go to bed between 10.30 and 11.

I set my alarm for 8.30

2 nights - 21:30

2 day sleeps - anything from 06:30 till wake , or like today 09:15 till 14 :00

Other 6 nights are midnight till 07:30

Confusing, messy and does my swede in...

Daughter has to get up for school at 530am for the next four years.

Iím so tired I fell asleep at 845pm last night.

Itís like Iím 80. Will soon start having tea at 3pm.

05:30 !!! That's some school run, mines 10 minutes walk

Mine's been getting up at 06:00 for a 07:00 bus to school for the last 3 years. One more year to go for her.

Depends, they can go on the official school bus at 6 or 7 as long as there is a responsible adult to meet them at the bus stop when they go back home. Once they reach the secondary school at 11->12, then they can cycle on their own, provided they've past the cycling exam and they can of course walk or catch a regular bus on their own as well.

When kids were at school , I used to be in bed by midnight. Now itís 2am weekdays and 3 am weekends. 6 hours kip usually.
