Am taking a dodgy cocktail of Nurofen Plus (2), Vimovo (1) and erm, Night Nurse (2) the past few weeks and am sleeping great

February I think... I had 2 Xanax and 6 pints of lager. Beautiful.

Hard physical work (or a decent exercise) and natural reading is the key to a good sober sleep.

I say that having not done it in months.

My go to is antihistamines. will have you dizzy within 2 hrs. That's probably as wholesome as i can go.

Ime sleep after alcohol is very unsatisfying and of poor quality.

Have probably had one or two decent nights sleep since the twins were born a couple of years ago. Ffs.

i know it's not good sleep but when i go unconscious from booze i'm asleep until the morning,

when i sleep dry i'm woken up multiple times
