Indeed, he'd have been magnificent for them, the magnificent bastard.

Obviously I'm glad he only played for us but that shirt looks pretty natural on him and you can only imagine what (if anything) more he'd have achieved there.

Certainly hard not to think that the Spanish national team would have appreciated him more.

Him zidane and scholes are my favorite players.

But I hate that goal.

We would have had back 2 back champions leagues if it wasn't for that goal imo.

And he set up the first in the final.

yep. worst thing that happened to us was him scoring. We'd have easily beaten that chelsea team in the final.

Bit over the top, over emotional, Torres was at it as well - more tears than a ball tampering Australian's press conference - why can't these guys just do a manly, dignified exit? Be a bit more like John Terry
