Must have been hard for the kid to pick himself up again after Van Gaal shit all over him, but he looks to have done it so fair play to him.

He’s played a few different places this season but his best form has come in the 2nd half of the season when he was pushed up front.

Not surprising. He didn't seem to have the pace / trickery whilst at Utd to be hugely effective out wide.

Yeah, I get it. I’m just trying to figure out at what point it went from being the player’s fault to the manager’s fault.

Easy to forget that at PSV he had become very much a goalscorer. 28 goals in his last season there at 20/21 years old.

Such a good striker of the ball, makes sense to get him into better shooting positions. I recall him being tried just behind the striker in pre-season here, and had that good game at Watford where he played through the middle with Lingard.

Pushing 100 career goals already which isn't bad.
