They must have been getting hugely negative vibes from the players/staff. Huge £#%&!-up by De Boer really. It was an awful fit for him on pretty much every level. Still expect he will get another decent job.

According to the Beeb one of the reasons Palace were unhappy with him was "De Boer's apparent diversion from a number of agreements reached when he signed, such as the team's formation."
